Undiagnosed pain
Can any gastrointestinal issue cause right pelvic pain which radiates to right lower back and sometimes to leg? Its going on for a month. Whole abdominal ultrasound is normal. Even CT scan showed no abnormality. Went to gynaecologist. No relief. Not even orthopaedic issue as X Ray was also normal. I have bowel issues since around 3 years. But never had pain before. This pain started from a month. Blood reports seem normal as per doctors. What else can be done to find the cause.

Hello there.... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines.
