Underweight and confused
I am a 19yr old male, 5'10" in height and 55kg in weight. I wish to gain mass and i have started working out as well. I gym 4 times a week. For diet, i eat every two hours, and four eggs after workout, along with Optimum Nutrition protein shake. However, i have been said that rather than protein shake, i should go for mass gainer. Now the thing is, this protein shake is expensive and i cant let it go wate. However, if i consume it, it wont have a visible effect on me i feel. Pls suggest a solution. Thanks
