Underarms cyst
I have a very tiny mustard size black headed cyst..which look like in my underarm since last one year
It doesnt have any pus discharge.. only it feels like rubbery mustard size if i press it using my fingers pinch
Nd it is painless from starting
I have attached picture in which little black is there in middle of underarm
And next to this from last eight days i observed one puss filled boil which feels very little lump after pinching with fingers near root of hair which discharges little blood mixed pus nd it pains little
What should i do for both?
Does it cause of any concern
Also whenever i remove my underarm hair
I always face itching and little bumps for few days after that it gets dissapear

In pic its showing maybe a sinus. Need proper history and evaluation with previous treatment
