Hello, please include foods rich in protein such as pulses, dals, eggs, milk and dairy products such as curd, paneer, cheese, nuts and dry fruits. Ensure you are eating something every 2-3 hours. Have dense foods such as milk shakes, lassi, dry fruit Mix porridge or mixes.
