Under Eye Dark Circles

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've dark circles ever since I was born and have consulted various doctors and have applied various medicines such as Bruenda Eye Gel, Melanyte C and Lumiedge Skin lightening gel, but none of them have helped me. Besides the dark circles, my eye sockets are also very shallow. Can they be cured? Or they're birthmarks, which will last forever?

Hi!Dark circles can be hereditary but get accentuated with rubbing, nasal blockage, sun exposure and aging. Sometimes a birth mark also looks like a dark circle. A picture of you would help.
