Hi.. uncontrolled sugars depends on type of Diabetes as well.Means if she is insulin deficient, oral tablets may not help much. Correct diagnosis is important along with right diet and exercise. Same is with BP, diabetics respond to different antihypertensive.

Maybe if u can follow up with 1 doctor only for 6 months it may help. She has diabetic retinopathy so it's important that her blood sugar is controlled.
