Uncontrolled sexual thaughts
I am suffering from disturbed sleep, Anxiety and Uncontrolled sexual thaughts. I visited a psychiatrist he diagnosed as it is OCD and should take medicine tablet for 6-9 months. He told they are not addictive.
I need second opinion about
1)is there any ways in AYURVEDA to treat.
2)is these tab are addictive or not
3) Is it compulsory to take 6 - 9 months.

3) yes continue the medications your psychiatrst has prescribed you.follow your psychiatrst time and again for dose adjustments
