Brief Summary: This 65 years old male non diabetic and normotensive patient was admitted with complaint of giddiness, loss of sense for 1-2 secs. Present Problems and symptoms: . Loss of conscious for 1-2sec suddenly and regaining conscious after that . Feeling thirsty frequently . Feeling a sensation on external facial skin, as if plaster has been attached Please note that I need help to find out which doctor to visit for a second verdict. I am not sure.
