Unconciousness when lie down

Asked for Female, 47 Years

I feel unconcious when I lie down since last three days. I feel otherwise well. I have also problem of gas. Few days before I use have mild pain at the center of my head. I also become very angry frequently on small things. My blood pressure is also high since 3 days. Currently 153/70.
