Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... But you have given very less history about the patient condition and incident... By given information he might be having intracranial hemorrhage I would suggest you to take him to nearest hospital for examination and assessment if you have not done that still...if he is already in hospital ask the treating doctors they will guide you.
