Uncertainty
Dear doctors. I've symptomatic mild MVP, trivial MR. Also have general weakness and fatigue. I can't work heavy things. I can't expalin my health issues with sorrounding people since they make it a big issue. And I've to work heavy things when it is necessary & this makes me more strain. I live in a remote village with few houses around & when some functions are there I've to attend & do work there that might be heavy for me. Don't know what to do.

Hi Does your job require you to lift heavy things? You are not able to explain about your health issues to people. Fatigue is a common symptom of mild MVP. Talk to your doctor about how you can manage mild MVP. If the condition is making you feel stressed consult a psychologist. A psychologist will help you manage stress levels. Along with stress management the other ways to manage symptoms are indulge in regular physical activity, eat a healthy diet, and avoid tobacco. Try to talk to someone about not being able to lift heavy things. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. If lifting heavy things is a part of your job you can talk to your employer about it. To feel better you can work on Managing your condition with the help of your doctor Manage stress levels. A psychologist will help you manage stress levels. A psychologist will guide you on ways to fight and weakness.
