Unbearable Pain in the left hip and leg
This is for my mother, aged 66 years L3-4: Broad based disc bulge with resultant anterior thecal sac compression. No neural foramina stenosis or nerve root impingement. L4-5: Diffuse disc bulge with mild left paracentral protrusion noted causing compression of left L5 traversing and L4 exiting nerve root. What exercise can be recommended for pain management as well as relief besides painkillers (already taking)
