UNATTENDED ORAL CANCER, METASTASTISED

Asked for Male, 64 Years

10 years since tobacco abused, Since last year TUMOURS ON lower and upper lips. Ulcers in different parts of mouth. Includes cheeks , TONGUE, developed OSMF and LEUKOPLAKIA. Unable to eat anything hot Since 18 months. Now metastastised uñtreated and undiognosed Constipation and desentery only watery stools, stomach very much painful. Walking is very difficult. Bones paiñful Metastastised uñtreated UNDIOGNOSED and unattended. What to do now .. Please ADVISE ME Qà
