Unable to Self-Void, High Bladder Neck
I am unable to self void, currently using pipe to empty bladder, I have urge not able to void a single drop of urine, I have diagnosis High bladder neck and very poor bladder tone. LUTS since childhood. Very poor urine stream (2 year back, now not able to void) Frequently UTI When urine urge, small amount of poop out. Distended bladder (1.2 L) Doctor suggest Bladder Neck Incision, but not sure urine will come or not having complexity. . Plz suggest homeopathy/allopathy any other medicine to cure this problem. 🙏🙏🙏

According to reports you have a condition since birth called posterior urethral valves which cause obstruction to urine flow which in turn cause the complications you are having of not able to void. It is advisable to undergo valve fulgration and bladder neck incision so that outflow obstruction can be relieved
