Unable to pass urine completely
Unable to pass urine completely. During abdominal scan I was discovered with bladder stone with 16mm and prostate was enlarged with 55CC. My question is do I need to go with prostate surgery to remove prostate tissue? Or talking tablets is sufficient after smashing the stone with bladder? Please advise. Can I avoid prostate surgery ? What are the complications with both the surgery (blasting stone and prostate enlargement )

Hi..
Best treatment for u is to get ride of bladder stone and prostate both at same time because the cause of bladder stone is ur prostate ....
Vesical stone is a complication of BEP and it is one of the indication for TURP
