Unable to move legs while walking
I slipped and fell on back injuring lumber spine.MRI report of lumbo-sacral spine states 1.lumber lordsis reduced,2.posterior disc bulge seen at L4-L5 & L5-S1 levels causing thecal compression only.Impression of report states-1.L4-L5 &L5-S1 disc herniation causing thecal compression,2.degenerative changes in the spine. Having medicine namely Gabapin,Shine 10 and Shelcal.But after consulring doctor and having the above-mentioned medicines prescribed by him,not being able to move legs while walking and maintain balance while standing

Your symptoms are due to herneation of lower spine but why imbalance your Orthopedic surgeon will guide you better. Why gabapin is being prescribed may be you some other problem too.you must ask you doctor and tell your problem .

hello. disc at L45 can cause numbness in the leg but not in the arm. This is due to compression of the nerve supplying your leg, due to the herniated disc. You may have a similar problem in the neck (cervical spine).MRI of the cervical spine well confirm this. best wishes
