Unable to hear low voices

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Difficulty hearing telephone calls, group conversations and low intensity voices. Audiometric tests show normal hearing. what is the cause of that and solutions for that. Doctor suggests concentration problems

It's unlikely to be related to concentration problems. You may need to repeat the audiogram with impedance audiogram. Sometimes a qualified audiologist can pick subtle hearing problems.
