I had my 1st girl child on 20.02.2016. Then in 2017, September i had ectopic pregnancy. Then in 2018, i had normally conceived but in 5th month got to knw feutus hd cardiac anamoly so had to abort. Now in 2020 its been 4 months i have been trying to conceive but not able to .i got few tests done and reports r normal. Please help
