Ultrasound suggest cervicitis with PID

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had spotting between periods, consulted a doctor who gave me pause tab and suggested ultrasound and RBS TSH CBC test she told it's nothing serious you can come later. Spotting stopped after taking tablets. I was traveling for 3 weeks so couldn't get the test done. I have regular periods (last period 15th July) and I'm not sexually active since 4 months. Today My ultrasound suggest cervicitis with PID, endometrium thickness 13mm, minimal free fluid in POD, - blood report yet to come. Should I wait till same doctor's availability or consult another doctor? Would i need a pap smear?
