Ultrasound doesn't revealed pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, I did pregnancy test twice and it was positive. Then a dr. suggested me to do ultrasound for pregnancy duration but in reports it wasn't detected. Is early pregnancy hard to detect?? And what should i do now?? Please help
