Lack of coordination,especially little and 4th finger numbness,pain in night time,unable to play cricket, volleyball,playing basketball is too difficult for me

Hello. Sorry to hear this. Yes the symptoms are consistent with cubital tunnel syndrome or ulnar nerve compression in the elbow.Have you had a EMG/NCV test done? Have you had a elbow fracture in the past? If yes then let me know.Based on those results I may be able to tell if you need surgery or not.If you are not a candidate for surgery then there are some medications which may be useful for you.
