मुझे कोलाइटिस 3 / 4 साल से है । 2 feb से मेरा इलाज डॉ अनिल अरोरा जी के यहां चल रहा है। अभी तक ठीक था। पर एक दो दिन से हल्का blood आया है। क्या में पूर्ण रूप से कभी ठीक नहीं हो सकता।

Hi Mayank, as you have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, there would be instances of recurrent flare of the disease in between , mostly happens in case of any stress or in change of diet / place ( vary with patient to patient). Once you have been diagnosed with UC, YOU NEED TO BE ON LIFE LONG MEDICINES FOR THIS ( MESALAMINE) / AZATHIOPRIN / BUDESONIDE / PREDNISONE. ANY OF THIS.

Next Steps

If there is recurrent relapse of disease and symptoms not coming down, then total colectomy is the option.
