Ulcer problem
I have feel heaviness in my right side lower abdomen not pain only feel heaviness..did colonoscopy n endoscopy report r having multiple ulcer in large intestine n GERD problem in endoscopy usg abdomen n blood test r normal . Recently I m suffering from deficiency of vit b12 n vit d3. So my question 1 is due to deficiency of vit b12 n vit d3?? 2 I have thigh joint pain is due to vit deficiency?? 3 stomach heaviness is due to ulcer in intestines?? Plz tell me best medicine for intestine ulcer n do n don't abt ulcer diet?? I am so stressed due to ulcer? 4 I feel weakness, sudden body loose feeling like fatigue,hand shivering/ tingling,upper back pain,little heart palpitations not to much...is due to deficiency of vit b12 n vit d3?? Plz give me proper suggestions m so depressed due to my health issue till now I consult neurologist 4 orthopaedic doctor 1 c gastrologist doctor ardiology doctor n invest almost 50000 rs bt. No relief..plz help sir

Hi..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... ..
