Ulcer or IBS?

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I had a couple of black stools and some mildly painful swelling in my stomach. After taking self prescribed medication, the pain and swelling subsided and the stool was normal. But the next day I suffered from constipation and pain in abdomen and lower back. Please help. I am going to see a doctor soon.

You may have had gastroenteritis.If black stools comes again go to the doctor.Drink plenty of fluids and fruits especially at night.
