I noticed my son having Ulcer look like since early Feb 2016 but when i gently press he have no pain reaction. I have ask several people about their experience on this matter, usually this symptom will cause pain. Until now the ulcer/wart still there. any solution for this?

Examination is important. It could be a condition called mucocoele due to injury the lesion might be translucent of pink color somewhat similar to ulcer, filled with saliva.

Hi, its not possible for any of the doctor to say without having a look or examining it thoroughly, but an assumption can be made, it might be a simply clogged minor salivary gland called mucocele. You can check it out in google. So visit your dentist, he'll guide you further. Best of luck.

It's difficult to comment on this condition unless examined.... Just for your information that ulcer is discontinuity in skin or breach in skin.... Swelling could be due to soft tissue injury or pus collection... Kindly consult pediatrician for evaluation and treatment
