UCTD and lot of pain in wrist

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My wife had been diagnosed with UCTD and she is using medicine for it since 8 months. Now she is taking Saaz DS, Wysolene 5mg, Shelcal CT once a day. Ecosprin 75mg, folic acid for pregnancy once a day. She had bulge in right hand wrist and even if someone touched also she feels pain. What can we do to get rid of it soon.
