Tyroid problem
I have tyroid, from some days I have pain in throat I took test but no one is telling exact problem, just telling to put some injection and test and do operation is there any serious issue

You have a multinodular goiter. Thyroid functions tests are ok but need to be checked periodically to check thyroid function
However we need to make sure the nodules are benign. A simple fine needle aspiration of the nodule will let us know the pathology.
