Sgpt/Alt : 66 u/l
Lymphocytes : 65%
Neutrophils: 29%
Esr : 40mm/hr
Malaria antigen : Negative
Urine Routine : All ok
Kindly suggest the course of action

What is the age of your nephew?
Decreased neutrophils in comparison to lymphocytes seems high.
Raised ESR suggests "Infection".
SGPT is mildly raised but since all the labs have their own reference value we need to compare to that.
