TAKE FOLLOWING MEDICATIONS : 1. TAB AUGPEN 625 TDS FOR 5 DAYS 2. TAB LOXOF 500 FOR 7 DAYS. 3. TAB ZERODOL-P BD FOR 3 DAYS. 4. TAB RANTAC 300 ODAC DO BLOOD FOR CBC, MP, WIDAL, DENGUE IGM, AND URINE RE/CS AND REVIEW.
