Typhoid Fever
Hello respected Doctors, Greetings. I have been diagnosed with Typhoid three weeks ago. It's the third week now. I don't have any fever or vomiting tendency. But I feel very weak and dizzy. M y HB is 11.9. All parameters on Haemogram is normal except for ESR which is 60. This is the report three weeks ago. Suffering from vitamin d deficiency which is 19.Vit B12 is 288. Chest x ray normal. Dengue malaria tests negative. KFT normal. LFT normal. Lipid normal. BP is always 120/70. I am not diabetic either. PP. Hbac and FSB all normal. I also get palpitations n breathlessness. ECG, 2D Echo and tmt normal. Stiffness in lower limbs calves. Feed hard. USG whole abdomen normal. Endoscopy normal. PFT normal. Pls suggest what food to eat to gain back my stamina. And can I eat non veg. Also why I feel breathlessness and dizzy? If my chests n heart tests are clear. I don't have any head ache. Or low neck pain or ear pain. Urine test normal. Thnx and regards

Also avoid nonveg till you completely recover from illness
