Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello,I went through a widal test My report is like salmonella Typhi ''o" 1 in 160 , salmonella Typhi "H" 1 in 160, S.paratyphi ''AH" less than 1 in 20 , S.paratyphi "BH" less than 1 in20 is this typhoid positive?? If it is positive what should I do?
