Typhoid & suspected Lupus
How to manage Typhoid & a suspected case of Lupus. Widal test shows Typhoid present. Rheumatologist suspects Lupus or something else due to antibiotics. What is it really? And if it is Lupus flare up then how to manage it? Symptoms are pain in head, eyes, lower back, hips and swelling in ankles was there earlier.

Widal positive does not always mean typhoid. Lupus flare is treated by steroids and other medicines.
