your daughter can have normal food.

as Typhoid spreads by contaminated water or prepared foods ( street foods commonly) or by eating raw vegetables grown in sewage farms please see that she avoids drinking water or eating food from poor hygiene sources.
As for vaccine- the oral or injectable typhoid vaccines are not 100 % protective.
the efficacy ranges from 55 - 80 % .
pl see , booster doeses are to be taken every 2 yrs for injectable vaccine and every 5 yrs for oral one.
