Did you check thyroid profile for hyperthyroidism and cbp for anaemia.. both are treatable caused of tachycardia. And do you have any anxiety. Any particular food wont reduce tachycardia, but oil free, high fiber diet is defenitly good for heart.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Take care of what you eat. you should have a high fiber, high protein and low fat diet. exercise regularly within limits. do breathing exercises, pranayama, meditation etc. these will help you a lot. avoid stress. avoid coffee and other caffeinated drinks. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for furthe revaluation and management. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
