  4. Twitching in lower abdomen. Explanation?

Twitching in lower abdomen
I've had a twitching in my lower abdomen for a few days. I have had an IUD for 11 months, plus I use condoms with my partner, so I shouldn't be pregnant. I am also currently spotting which is what my period has been since about 6 months with the IUD. Is there another possible explanation?
