Hi there...I think you might have confused some swellings as tumours. Who diagnosed them as tumours? Was any skin and blood tests done to confirm the diagnosis? Symptoms link recuurent cold cough headache could be related allergic rhinitis. So kindly consult a Ent specialist for further evaluation.
