Tumor between ear nerve n brain

I hv 2.2 mm tumor in my ear...dr.suggest me for operation..in operation my ear will damage 100% and facial attack also ...muje operation nhi krwana h...kya ye tumor medicine se thik ho sakta h.kya iska homeopathy me kch treatment h...bcz i hv tinitus problem also ar operation b bht experience h..plzz help me ...give me a purely suggestion..ye tumor ear ki nav n brain k bich me h..wht i do..plzz quickly suggest me .
