My xray shows a ptb minumal result. I was advised to have a sputum test so I did and the result was a negative. But according to the health center the test did not undergo the gene expert. Do I s

Ideally need to undergo atleast two samples of sputum testing one of them being a early morning sample .Thick sputum will yield better results. Gene expert  has got better specificity and also helps to find resistance to antibiotics ,it is an optional test as cost is slightly high.
