Tuberculosis in my neck
Hi, I have neck tb at left side. I haven taken already 2 months tb medicine. FNAC, mounts, genc expert tests already done and extrapulmonary tb was dected. But my neck lymph node becomes enlarge and also nowadays found soft and redness. Please suggest me what to do?

Since you are diagnosed to have tuberculosis of the cervical lymph nodes you need to continue medications suggested by your doctor. Swelling of the neck usually reduces over time and it may take few months. If there is increase in size of swelling or abscess formation then repeat tests to rule out multi drug resistant tuberculosis are required
