TSH Lavel at 89.90
I have the problem of Thyroid and my TSH lavel is 89.90. My Doc told me to take THYRONORM 50 MCG TABLET at morning 1 tab in a day ,, I am not satisfied with my doc Advise Is it of or any other treatment for my problem ,,, ,,
i am 28 yar old women ,, and i have a baby of 7 month,, is it safe for my child to take medicine THYRONORM 50 MCG...
and is it in any serious condition for me or not ,,,

Hello. TSH level of 89.9 is extremely high. Your doctor is right. Start taking Thyronorm 50 tab immediately. If you don't, then it will be very harmful for both you & your baby. Repeat serum TSH & free T4 level after 1 month and modify drug dose accordingly.
