Your T3 T4 and TSH is low. You need to take thyroxine your doctor has prescribed.
There may however be no reason to simply assume probable side effects and give multiple drugs to avoid them. Nobody prescribes drugs on suspicion of side effects. Drugs are given when side effects become conspicuous. If you suspect side effects and start taking drugs to counter them when no side effects are apparent you need to seek medical or psychiatric help. That is not the protocol to approach any medical condition.
