Trying to conceive
I had ovarian cyst laparoscopic surgery on March 6th, 2021 thereafter on 8th doctor gave me lupron injection to avoid reoccurring of cyst and told to avoid relation for three months ...now last month doctor told me to try to conceive naturally for two months and gave me folic acid medicine and tab duphaston twice a day from 16th day o cycle for three cycles and tab progynova from 10th day of only last month cycle and if not able to get pregnant then come for review one month is passed I have tried every alternate day but no positive result although my periods came this tym on 23rd and last month on 27th m unable to know my fertile day and want to have things naturally pls suggest is my fertility been low after surgery attaching my last to last month ultrasound report

The reports are normal But I guess you are suffering from endometriosis Hope the tubes are patent and other parameters are normal Try naturally for 6 months atleast
