Trying for pregnant
I had one kid, 4 years old, now trying for second baby from past 3 month, not able to getting pregnant, mine is 30 day cycle, using ovulation kit to get to know ovulation day,
Please advise how can get pregnant natural, I need to day any diat.

As yours is a 30 days cycle, try timed intercourse on days 12,14,16,18. Take tablet mvista once daily after breakfast (folic acid supplement). Do the following for 3 months, if no pregnancy for 3 months, we can try and do ovulation study with ovulation inducing agents and do some blood test work up.
