I am 18 year old and i don't know i have gynaecomastia or not.my nipples are puffy and gets pointed when pinched or in cold and my breast looks a little bigger than others.I don't have excess of fat because my collar bone can be seen clearly and i can feel my abs easily by touching.please tell me this is gyno or not and if yes what should i do.
