Hi So a cancer has the potential to spread by blood(vascular system) as well as channels called lymphatics(lymphatic system ). So if no lymphovascular invasion means it has not entered through these systems as per studied tissue biopsy
Next Steps
get ihc markers and detailed metastatic work up to find out the prognosis.
