Trouble in sexsual life
My wife suffers during intercourse due to dryness in her Vigiana. Due to this we are not able to enjoy the sex. Due to dryness I also feel the pain during intercourse. She is 44yrs and I am 47 yrs old. She still has not menopaused . Though at time the periods are irregular but she still is having her periods in 28 days cycle.

Hi, need local part view and check up to rule out any local cause, followed by good micronutrients and vitamin D3 supplements. If no resolution, may take help of lubricant and may go for hormone analysis.
