I can not breath freely and I also can not breath freely while speaking. I have speaking problem because of breathing. I also have allergy from strong fragrance

hello there.
suggest you to meet a pulmonologist as your case needs full examination to establish the cause .
certain tests like x-ray chest are also required to establish the actual pathology.
don't delay further.
