petril beta has clonazepam which may be the cause of your dizziness. you will get relief with this medicine but for a long time benefit you need to be assessed for the cause of your symptoms. as of now start brisk walking for 30 min daily, drink 3 liters plain water daily and then consult a psychiatrist.
