Trivial mitral Regurgitation
I was initially was having shortness of breath (wanting to take deep breaths) so visited 2 pulmonologists and ruled out any lung issues. Then later I started experiencing chest pains and anxiety issues and visited 2 cardiologists (for 2nd opinions) where the 2D echo detected minor variations in regurgitation( I have attached the reports). The first doctor prescribed ciplar 10 (I took for 1 week) but the second doctor said not to take any medicines and to continue normally as it is as he said it might be due to musco-skeletal pain. It's been 3 weeks, I still feel very anxious as if something is sinking, occasionally my chest still pains along with short breathless especially during exercise and I feel light headedness sometimes throughout the day. Most days in the week I am able to sleep but some days I wake with terrible anxiety in the middle and again the sinking feeling comes. My quality of life has reduced, please help or guide me to the right expert
