Pls find my lipid profile result hence could you please mention that whether avoiding fast food and other harmful food like mutton, biryani etc can cure below section especially Triglycerides and
CAN I AVOID MEDICINES as i have done LIPID just 1 day ago and yet not taken medicinez..pls share your valuable views
Lipid profile parameters are as follows
Total cholesterol: 189 (<200)
Triglycerides: 218 (<150)
HDL cholesterol: 35 (>40)
Non HDL cholesterol: 154 (<130)
LDL cholesterol: 110 (<100)
VLDL cholesterol: 44 (<30)
CHOL/HDL Ratio: 5.40 (0-4.97)
